Each person has their unique gifts.

Regardless of your body size, your genetic make-up, or your level of experience you can find your level of mastery in every pose.

These 5 core skills are skills that we go over in great detail during Fire Shapers Teacher Training immersion and 4 day RQU experience.

Here is the FIRST SKILL with a brief description:

  1. EXTENSION: This can also been seen as the art of elongation. Your joints extend in different ways depending on the location and one of my favorite EXTENSIONS is backward bending of the spine. Learning just a few of the trade secrets in this skill will not only make your back-bending better but it will also reduce pain and anxiety in those postures.

Upward Elongation during any extension especially back-bending is highly recommended. Extension by virtue is an energetic movement that extends energy from one space towards another. Harness this transition and connect with the process at a deeper level and you’ll unravel your Quantum potential.
